Daniela Demeillac is an accomplished luxury real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience in the highly competitive resort markets of Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado. With a background in global hospitality and finance and a refined approach to service, she is recognized for her strategic insight, international perspective, and deep commitment to trust-based relationships.

Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Daniela left her home country at the age of 21, driven by an innate curiosity and a desire to experience the world. Her journey took her to Dubai, where she worked in Guest Relations at The Ritz-Carlton, a position that shaped her standards for excellence and discretion. From there, she transitioned into a leadership role as Chief Purser with Norwegian Cruise Line, managing international teams and high-level guest operations while sailing across continents.

In time, Daniela found herself in the Colorado Rockies — a place that felt like a dream long before it became home. Having grown up skiing in Bulgaria, she always imagined living in a world-class mountain resort. That vision came to life in Vail, where since 2003 she built not only a professional practice but a life rooted in nature, family, and service.

Her entry into real estate was sparked by a personal investment experience — one that revealed the gaps in representation, transparency, and ethical advisory. Determined to offer something better, she launched her career and quickly became known for her structure, clarity, and ability to navigate complex luxury transactions with calm precision.

Today, Daniela is a multi-award-winning real estate advisor — including top recognition for highest sales results in Colorado in February 2024. She is a licensed luxury property consultant, strategic advisor, and a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Mountain Properties – Colorado. As the founder of Daniela Demeillac Luxury Real Estate Group, she leads an international boutique consulting practice with presence in Colorado, the Caribbean, and now Bulgaria.

After more than two decades abroad, Daniela expands her presence to Bulgaria — not to start over, but to contribute with purpose. Her consulting and representation model brings global standards to the Bulgarian market, with services designed for discerning buyers, sellers, and professionals who value intelligence, intuition, and integrity.

Outside of her work, Daniela is a passionate skier and dedicated mother to two energetic boys who keep the family’s adrenaline level high with their love for dirt biking, hockey, and skiing.
